Welcome to SkinCandy.com.au
Hi, my name is Candace and my background is that I am from the beautiful country of New Zealand. Living and owning an olive grove on the shores of the Hauraki Gulf, Auckland, New Zealand, made it easy and natural for me to explore handcrafting balms. All my life I have been inflicted with eczema and psoriasis, and so I am very sensitive and aware of creams and the ingredients that go into these. Wanting natural skincare, I discovered the power of balms and with their healing abilities. SkinCandy Balms have been a relief for my condition and for many others. I first started experimenting and producing skin balms from 2011 and now in Australia, SkinCandy is made using only the best Australian and New Zealand natural ingredients.
SkinCandy Balms are 100% natural with no chemical nasties!
Various carrier oils, essential oils and waxes with their amazing properties, have been formulated to help repair, revitalize and nourish the skin. New Zealand and Australia have some special plants that produce incredible carrier and essential oils. Well known to promote healing are Australian essential oils of Tea Tree and Eucalyptus Oils. The antibacterial, anti fungal properties of pure extra virgin Australian Olive oil is also well documented. With the backdrop of New Zealand living, Manuka Honey and it's properties has always been appreciated by most Kiwis! New Zealand beeswax along with the honey is divine and has unparalleled properties. The anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties of Manuka honey is world reknowned. Clinical research has found that Manuka honey can even help heal skin burns and wounds along with fighting superbugs!
